30 days return policy

We want your shopping experience with us to always leave you satisfied. We will do our best to help you if you encounter any problems with your purchase.

We want you to love the products you buy from us. If you change your mind, you can return it to us within 30 days from the date you received it.

We will refund money under the following conditions:

-Items must be returned within thirty (30) days of receipt;

-You have proof of purchase; and

-Items are packaged in original packaging (including box, stuffing and dust bag), unused and undamaged.

You will be responsible for shipping costs to facilitate returns. This includes the cost of shipping the product to you in the first place and the cost of shipping it back to us.

Return Process

To initiate a return, send an e-mail to us at [email protected] with your return reason and proof of purchase.

We will instruct you on how to return the item.

After receiving your return and checking the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange.

Damaged items

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately at our customer service number. We will arrange to return the item and send you a replacement as soon as possible.

Return shipping fee

You are responsible for all return shipping charges. You can use the shipping carrier of your choice, but we recommend using a service that provides tracking information.

Please retain all shipping and tracking information until your return has been processed as we will not be responsible for packages lost in transit.

Refund

We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return, and let you know whether a refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Late or missing refunds

After getting your permission, your refund will be processed and, within a predetermined number of days, a credit will be automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method.

Refunds that are missing or arrive late: First, check your bank account if you haven’t received your refund yet. Once the refund has been applied to your account, get in touch with your credit card company because it can take some time.
